Looking for a long-term, skilled and enthusiastic CSW or Caregiver to work with a 12 year old girl who enjoys dolls, Disney and sensory activities (like the trampoline, swinging and water play). She also loves going for walks in her wheelchair and getting out into the community. This kiddo is working on parallel play, communication, potty-training and self-regulation. She uses a feeding tube and an AAC. She also has great receptive skills and a fun sense of humor.

Schedule to be Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30pm to 6pm and some weekends (4 to 6 hours per day). There are also more hours available during the summer break.
