Journey’s DDA is seeking a motivated, positive individual to their team in a contract capacity. This role involves helping teenagers and adults with developmental disabilities to find a job that fits their needs and interest. Partnering with the person, their family/guardian and/or case worker, you will develop a vocational plan and aid in job search, assessments, evaluations, site development and provide short-term job coaching.

This position can be part-time or full-time and the schedule is somewhat flexible. You will work in a fun, rewarding and supportive environment. A bachelor’s degree, reliable transportation and a cleared DHW background check are required.

Journey’s DDA is seeking an encouraging and dependable person to help clients thrive in their employment and increase their independence. You will support individuals as they work through emotions, help them to stay on task, coach them through job duties and assist them in interacting with co-workers and customers.

This position can be part-time or full-time and the schedule can be days, evenings, weekdays or weekends. You need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, have reliable transportation and pass a DHW background check.
